Very detailed, informative and pleasant. Highly recommended. I was particularly pleased with the fact that she mentioned that my previous dentist actually did a good job given my situation. She was also honest enough to say that the x-ray made things look worse than it actually was. But also that she cannot give a complete assessment with the x-ray alone. I am happy we made this decision. Great work👍.

One of the best dental experiences I have ever had! Staff is amazing, office is clean and very high tech. Dr. Rivas-Platas is so patient and personable. My procedure was quick, easy and turned out beautiful. There was no pressure to do extra - just information on possible next steps. I have found my new home for all of my dental work!

I had such a great experience at this dental office. Dr. Jessica Rivas and my hygienist Elena were both incredibly sweet, gentle, and caring throughout my visit. The assistants and entire staff were also so welcoming and kind. They were very accommodating to my needs and made me feel extremely comfortable the whole time. I really appreciated how soft and gentle they were during everything, which helped ease my anxiety a lot. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients. I highly recommend this office if you’re looking for a comforting and positive dental experience!

We had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Rivas-Plata and the entire team at Prime Dental. From the moment we walked in, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. The staff was incredibly kind, patient, and compassionate, and that made all the difference for our family. Dr. Rivas-Plata took the time to explain everything thoroughly and made Jake feel comfortable and at ease throughout the visit. I had the best experience ever, Dr. Jessica Rivas is extremely professional, knowledgeable and takes the time to make sure you feel comfortable and well cared for during your visit. I also want to recognize Yessenia at the front desk she’s is always friendly, organized and very helpful. I strongly recommend you visit this office.
